Slow Down the Momentum of Doing and Reconnect with Presence

Practicing in community is powerful and collaborative as we inspire each other in supportive and spirited presence. Classes include guided movement, stretching, breathing, concentration, meditation, relaxation and a variety of techniques to relieve stress and manage health, all in a noncompetitive environment. Suitable for beginners and those with more experience, classes include simple and effective tools for self-care. Bring a yoga mat, two blocks and a strap.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness practices increase concentration, relaxation, creativity, self-awareness, and attunement, inspiring you to respond to each moment with clarity and serenity. Meditating in a group deepens your practice and strengthens our community. Each class includes guided meditations, gentle mindful movement (no special clothes needed), and brief discussions of mindfulness concepts useful in meditation and in daily life. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome.
